The Company may also access information through client-authorized systems, files, integrations, exports, and comparable sources where the Client has granted access or otherwise instructed the Company to process information for service purposes.
Access to information may be granted through credentials, permissions, files, or other access materials provided by the Client. The Company does not independently collect client data without authorization from the applicable Client or other lawful basis to receive such information.

The Company uses information to provide software and related Services, administer client relationships, perform reporting and analytics, enable automation and workflow support, and maintain, support, and improve the Services over time.
The Company may also use information for lawful internal business purposes connected to service delivery, account administration, recordkeeping, billing, support, performance evaluation, and operational oversight. The Company does not use this Privacy Policy to disclose internal technical details or proprietary operating methods.

1. Business Client Information
Business Client Information is retained indefinitely.
2. Customer Data
Purging of Customer Data begins ninety (90) days after client offboarding. Full deletion of Customer Data may take up to one (1) year after client offboarding, depending on operational timing, retention cycles, and related service requirements.
3. Employee Data and Business Data
Employee Data and Business Data may be retained indefinitely depending on service requirements, recordkeeping needs, operational continuity, and related business considerations.
Section VII
VII. Data Ownership and Control
Clients retain ownership of their original data within their own systems. The Company processes information to provide the Services requested by the Client and to support the Company's lawful business operations associated with those Services.
Clients are responsible for managing and updating their own data through their own systems where applicable. The Company does not provide direct editing tools or direct export tools for data stored within its systems unless the Company separately elects to do so in writing.

VIII. User Rights and Requests
Clients may request access to data or request deletion of data by submitting a written request to support@zyntron.dev.
The Company will process valid requests within thirty (30) business days after receipt of a sufficiently detailed and verifiable request. This request process applies to client data and customer data where applicable.

IX. Compliance with Data Protection Standards
The Company aligns its practices with recognized data protection principles and supports reasonable access and deletion requests in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the Company's service commitments, and applicable legal requirements.
The Company follows general frameworks and practices aligned with global data protection standards and business privacy expectations, but does not state or imply any certification or formal designation unless expressly confirmed in a separate written statement.
